I spent more than a decade building ecommerce brands and digital marketing systems. Running the work drew me toward operations: the teams, processes, and tools that make good ideas repeatable. Today, I rethink processes and systems and rebuild them with AI.

- Owner & marketer: A licensed pharmacist by training, I taught myself digital marketing and moved into ecommerce. My work has spanned product sourcing from China, worldwide shipping, multilingual brands, and paid ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more.
- Systems & teams: I built and led remote teams, including the systems behind producing large volumes of video creatives. That focus on making complex work run well also led to fractional COO work.
- Building with AI: Now I bring that owner and operator perspective to custom systems built with AI. I am an integrator and problem-solver by nature. I look for better ways to connect tools, improve everyday workflows, and rethink processes that no longer fit.
